Hawaiʻi Correctional Industries (HCI) is a Division within The State of Hawaiʻi Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) and offers exciting opportunities on multiple islands! HCI mission is to promote public safety by providing work and training programs for incarcerated individuals in the Hawaii correctional system. We are a self-sustaining organization responsible for delivering quality products and services to the community and other government agencies.
